The [Very] Short Version

Hello! We are Daniel (dad), Willie (mom), and Emelia-Rose (kiddo). Daniel is a Royal Marine Commando-turned-photographer, and Willie (me!) is a Marketing executive in the outdoor, hunting, and expedition industry.

WHY THE NAME?

Since Daniel is a Royal Marine and we're on a massive adventure, we landed on A Royal Adventure. Simple as that!

HOW'D YOU TWO MEET?

Daniel was Best Man and Willie was Maid of Honor at the wedding of our best friends. Yes, very adorable story made for sappy movies.

WHY ALASKA?

We both tend toward the philosophy that if you're going to do something, well . . . do it. Like, really do it.

We both thrive in the outdoors and live for a challenge, and where better to cultivate a life of adventure than the Last Frontier?

CAN WE COME VISIT?

Of course! We fell in love with Alaska through visiting friends who live here, and we'd love to help you fall in love with it, too. Just no creeps, weirdos, or people who don't believe in deodorant, please.
